Community Improvement Plan Pre-Consultation

The pre-consultation is an opportunity to discuss your project. This first step helps us determine if your project is eligible and ensures that you have all the information needed to complete your Community Improvement Plan application.

All applicants must complete this pre-consultation prior to applying for a Community Improvement Plan incentive program.

Pre-consultation meetings will commence as of August 11, 2025.
