All local businesses in the City of Clarence-Rockland are invited to participate in our survey which aims to help us better understand our businesses’ needs and strengthen our business community. You will have the opportunity to share your challenges, opportunities, ideas, and suggestions.

How will your feedback be shared with others?

• A summary report of the results will be made available to the public on our website and a copy sent to survey participants.
• All results shared are completely anonymous and presented in percentages or averages.
• Any concerns that require immediate attention will be addressed directly by our team.

From the results of the survey we work on developing strategies and action plans that will address the opportunities, challenges, and needs identified.
