What began as a dream 6,000 km away in Switzerland has grown into a thriving farm in Saint Pascal Baylon. After immigrating to Canada in 1994, the family behind Fossil Ridge Farms built a legacy from dairy to crops, and eventually back to livestock.
In 2016, the next generation returned from college and launched Fossil Ridge Farms, focusing on pasture-raised, eco-friendly meat production. Starting with just three cows, the farm now raises cattle, turkeys, pigs, and goats — all on marginal land revitalized through sustainable grazing.
